Sugar Free Jello :)

I have done great! All I've eaten since yesterday is one apple, one peach, lots of water, and the best invention I have ever heard of: sugar free/low-cal jello! At only 10(yes I said ten that is not a typo) calories each serving! I have already eaten 20 calories worth of it and the other 20 is waiting downstairs for me to eat when I get hungry.

Not sure what I have planned tonight but I think I will be able to get out of dinner like I did last night. (We were going to a school function for me so my parents went out for Chinese while I stayed home to do my hair). Feeling great. I'm thinking of going biking soon but the weather is a bit cloudy so I'm playing it safe and just doing housework, which is not all that fun but still!

Anyway just an update! I think I've found the best eating plane ever:

Day 1- 1 Jello packet(40 calories) and water
Day 2- 400 calories
Day 3- 1 Jello packet(40 calories) and water
Day 4- 1 Jello packet(40 calories) and water
Day 5- 300 calories
Day 6- water fast
Day 7- 1 Jello packet(40 calories) and water
Day 8- water fast
Day 9- 200 calories
Day 10- water fast
Day 11- .5 Jello packet(20 calories) and water
Day 12- water fast
Day 13- 100 calories
Day-14-water fast

That means over the course of two weeks I would only consume 1180 calories! Of course many days I would have to work out and some of the days I may have to break the pattern because of family/friends.


Still I think I may do this when I get back from DC!
