From Afar

From Afar I look like a normal girl. Skinnier than some. More curves than others. But up close I am chubby. I can see the small pools of fat, and am disgusted.

Through this blog I want to track my journey to smallness. Through restriction and fasting I hope to cut off the fat and slim down. I have set up several rules I must follow:

1. Never eat by yourself
2. If you can avoid eating without causing any suspicions... AVOID
3. Never drink anything other than water, (occasionally milk), and protein smoothies that you make.
4. If there is a salad.... eat just that.
5. Limit dressing.
6. Weigh yourself every night and if you gain weight for no reason go on a fast the next day.
7. Fast at least 1 day a week.
8. Never talk about how little you eat
9. Never draw attention to yourself
10. Don't eat breakfast
11. If you get chocolate, candy, or any sweet that can be saved for long periods of time hide it for the gratification of having stellar self restraint!


These rules can only be broken occasionally if your with family and you can see there suspicions, but still never eat massivly.

I hope to loose about 20 pounds in my first 2 months through hitting the gym and LOTS of restriting and fasting.
